Terms of Service

Tribely is an online marketplace operated by Tribely Technologies Private Limited ("Tribely", "we", "us") that connects travellers ("Guests") with property owners and managers ("Partners") offering outdoor stays, campsites, resorts, and retreats across India. By accessing or using our platform — including the website, mobile app, or any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a booking. By using Tribely you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Accounts created on behalf of a business must be authorised by that business.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately at support@tribely.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When a Guest completes a booking, they enter into a direct agreement with the Partner. Tribely facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the accommodation contract.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Tribely does not store card details.
• Service fee: Tribely charges a platform service fee on each booking, displayed at checkout before payment.
• Booking confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a WhatsApp and email confirmation.

Cancellation policies are set by each Partner and are clearly displayed on the listing page before booking. General guidelines:

• Flexible: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in.
• Moderate: Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.
• Strict: 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in; no refund thereafter.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Tribely service fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a platform error.

Partners who list properties on Tribely agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain all required licences, permits, and safety standards applicable under Indian law.
• Honour confirmed bookings. Repeated cancellations by Partners may result in suspension.
• Not charge Guests outside the Tribely platform for services included in the booking.
• Comply with all applicable GST and income tax obligations on earnings received.

Partner applications are subject to review and approval. Tribely reserves the right to reject or remove any listing at its sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews.
• Circumvent the platform to complete transactions outside Tribely.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform without written consent.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any other user.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.

Guests may leave reviews after a completed stay. Reviews must be honest, based on first-hand experience, and must not contain offensive, defamatory, or irrelevant content. Tribely reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines. By submitting content to Tribely, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

All content on the Tribely platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is owned by Tribely Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Tribely is a marketplace platform. We do not own, operate, manage, or inspect any listed properties. We make no warranties about the accuracy of listing descriptions, the condition of properties, or the conduct of Partners or Guests.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribely's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Tribely in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tribely and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage you to contact us first at legal@tribely.in to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
